Meet Our Expert Team

Dr. Bruce G. Fay has been practicing dentistry in Delaware since 1989. He created New Concept Dental in 1994 and developed the high-tech, comfort-centered office at his North Wilmington location in 1998. He received advanced sedation dentistry training in 1997. Dr. Fay grew up in Delaware and is a graduate of Concord High School in Wilmington. He received his undergraduate degree from Temple University and went on to graduate from dental school at the University of Pennsylvania. He received his General Practice Residency training at the Medical Center of Delaware. Dr. Fay currently resides in Centreville, Delaware.

Dr. Alenna Monet attended the University of Maryland College Park where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science and was a student athlete on campus. Afterward, she attended Georgetown University to earn a Masters in Physiology. Following her masters program she attended the University of Maryland School of Dentistry to obtain her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Dr. Monet received additional training at Christiana Care Hospital for a General Practice Residency Program. She is also a member of the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Monet is very compassionate and wants to create a calm anxiety-free environment for her patients to feel comfortable in her care. She is passionate about dentistry, and improving patients’ oral health through patient education. Dr. Monet loves to crochet and anything that deals with arts and crafts. She is friendly and loves to make her patients smile. She also enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Dr. Jasmine Waters received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Virginia Commonwealth University, her Master of Science in Biomedical Science from Barry University and her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry located in Baltimore, MD. While in dental school, Dr. Waters was selected to serve as a PLUS Clinic clerk which allowed her to provide comprehensive dental care to persons living with HIV. Dr. Waters understands the importance of continuing education and is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the International Team for Implantology and Spear Education. In her spare time, Dr. Waters enjoys volunteering for underserved communities through mentorship, oral health education and mission trips. She is also an avid volleyball player, as she played on the Division I team for Virginia Commonwealth University. Dr. Waters prides herself on helping patients feel comfortable at each dental visit. She is known to provide gentle, yet thorough dental care. She aims to change the attitudes and perceptions of dentistry by creating a relaxing atmosphere for patients, while maintaining top quality care.

Dr. Lana Nguyen was raised in Delaware County and earned her biochemistry degree from Temple University. She received her Doctorate in Dental Medicine from Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry, followed by her residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry. Dr. Lana found her passion for dentistry at a young age. With an extensive background in the latest dental training and technology, great attention to detail and warm personality, she strives for a patient-focused approach, to provide exceptional treatments in a comfortable environment for all her patients. Dr. Lana and her husband recently moved to Glen Mills. She is looking forward to being a part of the community, to provide comprehensive dental care and promote oral health awareness.
